At about 6:45 a.m. on December 12, Ms. N.T.L (born in 1994, residing in Ky Tan commune, Ky Anh district, Ha Tinh province) was driving a motorbike on Nguyen Trai street in Vung Ang Economic Zone (Ky Anh town) when she collided with a tractor trailer with license plate 73C - 047.2x pulling a trailer with license plate 73R-00.29x traveling in the same direction.
The collision caused Ms. L to fall onto the road and was run over by the tractor-trailer, resulting in her death. After the accident, Ky Anh Town Police arrived at the scene to regulate traffic and investigate the cause.
