By the early morning of December 11, the Investigation Police Agency of Bac Binh District Police, Binh Thuan Province had completed the scene investigation of the accident between two cars on the Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet Expressway that left one person dead.
The accident occurred at Km 176 of Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet highway, passing through Song Binh commune, Bac Binh district.
Truck with license plate 76H - 016.65 driven by H.Q.N (born in 1977, residing in Quang Ngai province) was traveling on the highway in the South - North direction. When arriving at the above location, it collided with the rear of the tractor trailer 51D-305.58 driven by N.H.N.T (born in 1978, residing in Tuy Phong district, Binh Thuan province).
The collision pushed the trailer to the side of the road. Then, the 76H-016.65 truck flipped over to the right on the side of the road, crushing Mr. N.H.N.T, causing the victim's death.
After the accident, the patrol unit and Highway Traffic Control Patrol Team No. 6, Department 6, Traffic Police Department were present at the scene to regulate traffic and place warning signs.
The Investigation Police Agency of Bac Binh District Police, Binh Thuan Province, came to examine the scene and requested an autopsy to handle the case according to their authority.
