The event took place within the framework of a meeting to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21,25 - June 21, 2025) organized by the People's Committee of Quang Nam province on the afternoon of June 16.
At the ceremony, Mr. Le Van Dung, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province, expressed his respect, acknowledged and thanked the press for accompanying the development of Quang Nam province over the past time.
On this occasion, the leaders of Quang Nam province sent their congratulations to journalists, editors, and reporters working in the province; hoping that each journalist will continue to maintain " beauty and purity", contributing to spreading good values, accompanying the development of Quang Nam - Da Nang in particular and the country in general.
On this occasion, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province awarded certificates of merit to 31 collectives and 17 individuals with outstanding achievements in journalism in the province. Among the groups honored is the representative office of Lao Dong Newspaper in the Central region.
