The decision clearly states that the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee will award Certificates of Merit to 5 collectives and 7 individuals who have made outstanding achievements in organizing and participating in activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1990 - May 19, 2025).
Accompanying bonuses for each collective: 7,020,000 VND, each individual: 3,510,000 VND.
Total bonus amount: 59,670,000 VND ( Ninety-Ninety million, six hundred and seventy thousand VND in equal amount).
Heads of agencies: Provincial People's Committee Office, Department of Home Affairs, Department of Finance, Provincial Military Command and collectives and individuals named in Article 1 shall base on the Decision for implementation.

2. Department of Meritorious People, Department of Home Affairs.
3. The Policy Department, the Political Department, and the Provincial Military Command.
4. Bac Ninh City Military Command.
5. Gia Binh District Military Command.
7 individuals include:
1. Colonel Duong Trung Kien, Deputy Political Commissar, Provincial Military Command.
2. Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Quy, Deputy Chief of Political Affairs, Provincial Military Command.
