On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the tradition of the State Administrative Agency Office (August 28, 1945 - August 28, 2025), on August 21, the Provincial People's Committee Office organized a meeting with cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers.
At the meeting, delegates reviewed the 50-year tradition of formation and development of the State Administrative Office system. From July 1, 2025, implementing the Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee, the two former Thai Binh and Hung Yen provinces will merge into Hung Yen province.
Having gone through a separate historical journey, the Office of the People's Committees of the two provinces has always affirmed its role in advising, synthesizing, and serving the trust of provincial-level authorities. The team of cadres is increasingly well-trained, has professional qualifications, understands the law, and completes tasks well. Thanks to that, the Office of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province has been awarded many noble awards by the Party, State and province.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Lai Van Hoan - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and praised the contributions of generations of officials of the Provincial People's Committee Office; at the same time, emphasized that after the merger of the two provinces, the management of the government apparatus still has many challenges, requiring high adaptability of the entire political system, including the important role of the Provincial People's Committee Office.
He suggested that the unit continue to be proactive and creative in advising and ensuring timely and legal direction and management, accompanying Party committees, authorities and people to successfully implement development goals.
On behalf of the collective, Mr. Dinh Gia Dung - Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee thanked the attention of the provincial leaders, the coordination of agencies and units and affirmed that the Provincial People's Committee Office will continue to promote tradition, solidarity, improve the quality of consultation, administrative reform, digital transformation, contributing to building a modern, effective and efficient administration, making Hung Yen province develop a civilized and beautiful one.
