The Office of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province has just completed the addition and arrangement of key leadership teams in departments and affiliated units. A series of appointment decisions have been announced, creating new resources for the advisory unit of the Provincial People's Committee in the phase of operating the two-level local government model.
The addition and arrangement of personnel at departments and units under the Office of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province is creating more resources for the general consulting agency, effectively supporting the provincial government in the phase of operating the two-level model.
Many cadres have been trusted with important leadership positions in the Provincial People's Committee Office apparatus. Of which, 4 personnel holding the position of Deputy Directors of the Provincial Public Administration Service Center are Mr. Mai Huy Duc, Ms. Luong Thi Ngoc Hoa, Do Cao Cong and Nguyen Viet Huy. Ms. Do Thi Hai Yen is assigned to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee.
In the professional block, the positions of Head of the Department were also completed with Mr. Cao The Hanh (Economic Department 1), Mr. Tran Van Cuong (Economic Department 2), Ms. Duong Thi Bich Hue (Department of Foreign Affairs), Ms. Vu Hong Ha (Department of Home Affairs), Mr. Doan Ngoc Anh (Department of General Affairs), Ms. Vu Thi Phuong (Department of Physical Education - Culture) and Ms. Pham Thanh Hoa (Department of Administration - Management). Mr. Bui Manh Ha was appointed as Director of the Provincial Information - Conference Center.
This personnel improvement not only meets the requirements of the apparatus organization after the reorganization but also aims to improve the capacity to advise and support the Provincial People's Committee in comprehensively directing and operating all fields. In particular, the focus is on implementing socio-economic development tasks according to the Provincial Party Congress Document for the 2025 - 2030 term; advising on adjusting and supplementing the Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050, in accordance with the potential and development orientation after the merger.
Along with that, the Office of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province continues to improve working regulations, promote the spirit of coordination and responsibility between departments and units. Caring for the lives and creating a stable working environment for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers is also considered an important factor to help the entire system operate smoothly and effectively.
