On the afternoon of July 10, the Ky Anh commune government issued a notice with the content: Currently, on the Dong-Trung road, in the area of Dinh Ba Loi - Doi Dau in Dong Phu village, cracks have appeared, posing a high risk of landslides, causing unsafety for people and vehicles participating in traffic.
Ky Anh Commune People's Committee requests people: Restrict traffic through this road, especially in locations at risk of landslides.
Strictly comply with traffic signs and instructions at the scene to ensure safety for people and vehicles.
Currently, Ky Anh Commune People's Committee has installed warning signs in this area.

Dong-Trung road is a road connecting the North-South expressway intersection section passing through Ky Trung commune with National Highway 1 and the old Ky Anh district administrative center (now Ky Anh commune administrative center).
Therefore, the daily traffic volume on this route is quite large.
Leaders of Ky Anh Commune People's Committee said that, in the immediate future, the locality has placed warning signs to limit people from passing by. The locality will also develop a specific plan to completely overcome this landslide-prone location in the near future.
At the current landslide risk location, landslides also occurred in the 2025 rainy and flood season. After that, functional agencies proceeded to overcome and clear landslide soil.
