On November 11, Thanh Hoa Provincial Inspectorate said that in the first 9 months of 2025, inspection activities at units and localities have discovered a series of violations, mainly focusing on the fields of finance - budget, investment in construction and land management.
Implementing Decision No. 5104/QD-UBND of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on the inspection plan for 2025, the Provincial Inspectorate has conducted 130 administrative inspections at 161 units, including 42 surprise inspections. Through inspection, violations were discovered with a total amount of more than 21.3 billion VND; recommended reclaiming 14.9 billion VND and 954m2 of land to the State budget; at the same time, recommended reviewing 48 organizations and 104 individuals.
The violations mainly focus on financial management - budget, investment in construction of irrigation works - dykes, land management, resources and minerals. In addition, many problems in implementing policies and laws on environmental protection, combating illegal fishing... were also pointed out.
In the specialized inspection, the Provincial Inspectorate conducted 60 inspections in the fields of education, transportation, labor - war invalids and society, science - technology and land. Thereby, 276 organizations and individuals were detected for violations with a total amount of violations of more than 5.4 billion VND; administrative violations were fined 4.5 billion VND, and other recommendations for recovery and handling were 5.4 billion VND. The rate of recovery after inspection reached 100%.
The Provincial Inspectorate assessed that through inspection work, it not only helps to recover assets for the State, but also contributes to rectifying limitations in management work, preventing violations and preventing corruption and negativity early and from afar.
