After the roadbed was peeled, asphalt concrete was paved, and lighting system was installed, the project is expected to be completed in September 2025. The project investor is Road Management Area III (Vietnam Road Administration), the construction unit is Gia Lai Road Management and Repair Joint Stock Company.
Previously, public opinion was concerned that the cost of more than 5 billion VND for the roundabout and the demolition was too high. However, a representative of Gia Lai Road Management and Repair Joint Stock Company affirmed that this cost not only includes dismantling but also many other items such as: asphalt concrete pavement, waterproofing, anti-nsinking cracks on the roadbed, installation of signs, directional boards, etc.

According to the company's Technical Department, the central blasting section alone cost more than 1 billion VND, and the asphalt paving area is also large. In particular, because the area has traffic lights, vehicles often stop and park, in addition to the asphalt concrete layer below, the construction unit also added a soft concrete layer above to increase durability, prevent subsidence and cracking, and long-term use.
When put into use, the roundabout will help regulate traffic at key intersections, where there is a high density of vehicles, especially container trucks, cargo trucks from Le Thanh International Border Gate to Quy Nhon Port, as well as traffic from Gia Lai to Dak Lak.

According to Road Management Office III.3, National Highway 19, after being upgraded with a total capital of VND 3,600 billion, has been handed over to Gia Lai province for management since July 1, 2025.
However, in reality, it is noted that in some sections through Mang Yang and Dak Doa communes (Gia Lai), after being completed and put into use, only a few months have shown signs of damage: the road surface has potholes, subsidence, cracking; drainage system, sewer covers are broken.
People had to temporarily use tires and foam boxes to warn of the dangers to road users.
The construction units of the XL-04A package (through Mang Yang commune, Dak Doa) have contracted to buy dozens of tons of asphalt concrete from Gia Lai Road Management and Repair Joint Stock Company to patch the road.
