On September 4, speaking with Lao Dong, the leader of the Traffic Police Department of Gia Lai Provincial Police said that the unit had sent a notice to Chin Nghia Company Limited (Quang Ngai province) to clarify the incident of a sleeper bus of this enterprise showing signs of reckless overtaking on An Khe Pass, causing frustration for road users.
Previously, on September 3, the Traffic Police Department received a report from residents about a sleeper bus with license plate 76B-012.34 of Chin Nghia bus company recklessly overtaking on National Highway 19, through An Khe Pass. This behavior was recorded by a car's dashcam.
Some traffic participants believe that this is a dangerous behavior that can easily cause traffic accidents. Therefore, it is recommended that the authorities handle it strictly to deter and ensure traffic safety on the route.
Through verification, the Traffic Police Department determined that the above passenger bus showed signs of violating the overtaking violation in prohibited cases. The unit has requested the vehicle owner and driver to come to the headquarters for clarification and handling according to regulations.
"From the images provided by the people, we have stepped in to verify and invite the vehicle owner to work. However, the owner of the car has not yet arrived," informed the leader of the Traffic Police Department.
