On June 25, information and images of a young man inviting his girlfriend and her group of friends to eat at a seafood restaurant in Viet Tri ward with a bill cost of 16 million VND spread on social networks.
After the meal, the girls left even though they had not paid, leaving the young man alone "wandering" at the shop.
According to the reporter's investigation, the incident occurred at about 10 pm on June 24, at a restaurant on Vu The Lang street, Viet Tri ward.

Answering the press, a leader of Viet Tri Ward Police said that immediately after receiving the information, the police force was present at the scene to verify.
Through initial verification, the young man in the case is named T (residing in Tam Duong commune, Phu Tho province). T's family said that this person has some abnormal psychological manifestations.
The Ward Police leader said that T met a girl through social networks and then invited the girl and her group of friends (about 6-7 people) to a seafood restaurant to eat and drink.
During the meal, the group of customers ordered many high-value seafood dishes such as: king crab, Alaska shrimp, sea bugs, fragrant snails and many types of drinks. Not finishing eating, the group of customers also asked the restaurant to pack and bring them home.
However, when the meal ended, the group of people accompanying them left the shop one by one, leaving only T behind but not paying the bill.
Through initial inspection, the items in the invoice are consistent with the general level of the market, and no abnormal signs of selling prices have been detected.
After that, the police force took T to the headquarters to work.
During the working process, this person showed signs of being confused, not cooperating and not signing the minutes.
Currently, Viet Tri Ward Police have verified T's identity and residence and will coordinate with the police agency where this person resides to clarify his health status as well as related details, as a basis for handling according to regulations.
