The ward's working group has recorded 43 cases (including Hong Tien commune before the merger and Pho Yen ward after the merger).

According to the leader of Pho Yen ward, illegal construction for compensation purposes is a violation of the law, with the risk of budget loss.
At the same time, commit to maintaining regular inspections, promptly preventing and strictly handling violations and will be responsible to the Provincial People's Committee if violations occur without promptly preventing and handling.
