On June 1, Tuyen Quang Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the President's special amnesty decision for 2026 for 28 inmates who are eligible to enjoy the lenient policy of the Party and the State at Detention Centers No. 1 and No. 2.
In this phase, Tuyen Quang College issued a Decision on recognizing graduation and issuing certificates to 27 students of the K2 vegetable growing technique class under the regular training system at Detention Center No. 1 of Tuyen Quang Provincial Police.
Completing the course not only helps students equip themselves with agricultural production knowledge and skills, but also creates more opportunities to find jobs and stabilize their lives after returning to their localities.
Over the past time, along with the implementation of the announcement of the President's amnesty decision, the work of education and vocational training for prisoners at detention facilities of Tuyen Quang Provincial Police has contributed to equipping professional knowledge and skills so that prisoners have conditions to reintegrate into the community after serving their prison sentences and violating the law.
Mr. Hoang Trong Vy - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police congratulated the inmates who were granted amnesty. The comrade requested the inmates after returning to their localities to continue to train, strictly comply with the provisions of the law, actively work, produce, stabilize their lives, not re-offend and soon integrate into the community.
Also on June 1, Tuyen Quang Provincial Police coordinated with the Standing Committee of Tuyen Quang Provincial Youth Union to organize the signing ceremony of the Plan to coordinate the implementation of propaganda and dissemination of legal education among union members and youth in the province in the period 2026 - 2030.
The content of coordination focuses on document compilation, propaganda implementation, situation grasping, early detection of manifestations and signs of drug law violations among union members and youth to deploy prevention and combat solutions.
Building, maintaining, and replicating models and youth movements for drug prevention and control at youth union organizations at all levels, organizing activities and contests to learn about the Law on Drug Prevention and Control.
