On September 9, the Department of Home Affairs of Lam Dong province said that it had reviewed and identified responsibilities related to the shortcomings and limitations pointed out by the State Audit Office in the process of implementing policies according to Decree 178/2024/ND-CP.
Accordingly, the responsibility is determined to be related to the Department of Home Affairs of Dak Nong province and the Department of Home Affairs of Lam Dong province before the merger.
These two agencies have not advised on issuing criteria for evaluating the quality of cadres, civil servants, public employees and laborers to serve as a basis for determining retirees to enjoy policies.
Both of the above-mentioned agencies have not developed criteria for screening and prioritizing people who apply for resignation according to their aspirations and have not comprehensively reviewed the quality of the staff to determine the subjects who must resign.
The Department of Home Affairs of Lam Dong province also identified individuals related to the responsibility of the head in leadership, direction and direct advice.

According to the Department of Home Affairs, related individuals have been transferred to other jobs. Implementing the direction of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the Department requested the Office of the Provincial People's Committee, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council and the People's Committee of Truong Xuan commune to organize a review of responsibilities according to regulations.
