On April 26, in Trieu Son district, the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province coordinated with Sun Group to organize the groundbreaking ceremony of the Am Tien Commercial Service Area and Cable Car project - the starting item for the Am Tien spiritual tourism complex and historical relic.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long assessed that the Am Tien Tourism, Trade and spiritual Services Project was implemented at Nuong Mountain, with a total investment of more than 35,000 billion VND, a project that cleverly combines culture, history and spirituality, implemented by Sun Group. When the project is completed, it will be expected to contribute to promoting socio-economic development, creating a national-level spiritual and cultural destination, attracting a large number of domestic and foreign tourists to visit and experience.
According to Sun Group, the project is called "Hue Truyen Am Tien - Legend of Am Tien", deployed in the area of Nuong Mountain, which is associated with the heroic uprising of Ba Trieu. Along with Ba Den Mountain and Da Chong Mountain, this place is recognized as one of the three sacred mountains of Vietnam. The project has the mission of honoring and preserving cultural and historical values passed down to future generations.

With a total area of nearly 350 hectares, the project will be implemented in three stages. Phase 1 includes a commercial service area and cable car with a scale of more than 31 hectares, total investment of nearly 3,000 billion dong, creating two car cable cars across the green forest, with the highlight of the station with inspiration for conical hats, roofs, Vietnamese ao dai. Phase 2 focuses on building a tourism service area and cultural landscape on an area of nearly 59 hectares, the highlight is the religious Buddha image of the Tathagata with silver -plated copper, 158.9m high and the largest expected in the world. Phase 3 will form a resort eco -tourism area, prominent with "Huyen Tich village" recreating the image of Ba Trieu, symbol of white elephant, gongs, drums ...
In addition to the three main components, the project also integrates many art works such as VAC Theatre, Chim Lac light bridge, interactive sunroof gate, ceramic wall depicting eight stages of Buddha's life...
It is expected that the cable car route will be put into operation in 2027; the entire Am Tien Huyen Thuc project will be completed synchronously in 2030, gradually forming a world-class cultural and spiritual destination.

The tourism ecosystem of Sun Group in Thanh Hoa has been constantly improving with new and unique experiences, taking Thanh Hoa forward to become the new tourism capital of Vietnam.
