Speaking to Lao Dong Newspaper, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Nga - Chairman of the People's Committee of Thanh Thinh Commune, Tran Yen District, Yen Bai Province said that the authorities are investigating the cause of the traffic accident between a farm vehicle and a passenger ship.
Specifically, at around 15, on March 27, a passenger train with license plate SP8 engine D12E-656 was running in the direction of Lao Cai - Hanoi, when crossing route 171+550, on the level crossing there was a sign in village 2, Thanh Thinh commune and suddenly collided with a tractor driven by Mr. N.V.T (born in 1977, residing in village 2, Thanh Thinh commune).
The collision resulted in Mr. T and the tractor being thrown off the railway, the tractor was severely damaged.
As soon as the information was received, local authorities and authorities were present at the scene, taking the injured to the emergency room. However, due to severe injuries, Mr. T died.
