On the afternoon of June 6, while transporting relief goods to Nhon Mai commune (Tuong Duong district, Nghe An province), a truck suddenly overturned at Pha Bun slope, Huoi Tu commune, Ky Son district. The incident caused all the goods to be scattered onto the road, but the driver was fortunately uninjured.
According to information from the People's Committee of Tuong Duong district, the vehicle has a Hanoi license plate, carrying many necessities such as rice, instant noodles, drinking water... to support people affected by flash floods in recent days. While going down the slope, the vehicle slipped and overturned on the side of the road.

Immediately afterwards, border guards and local authorities were present to support the collection of goods, ensuring traffic safety in the area.
Nhon Mai commune is an area far from the center, with bumpy roads, many steep slopes and sharp turns. Prolonged heavy rain caused the road surface to be slippery, posing a potential risk of accidents.
The incident is a reminder of caution in transporting relief goods, especially in remote mountainous areas with complex weather and terrain conditions.
As reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, the flood in late May and early June 2025 caused about 41 billion VND in damage to the mountainous district of Tuong Duong, many traffic routes were seriously eroded.
