At around 9:00 a.m. on May 31, on the Dong Hoi City bypass (National Highway 1, through Bac Ly Ward, Dong Hoi City, Quang Binh Province), a traffic collision occurred between a car and a tractor-trailer, causing the tractor-trailer to overturn on the side of the road.
According to initial information, the car with license plate 74B-009.xx was driven by Mr. N.T.B.Q (51 years old, residing in Hai Lang district, Quang Tri province), carrying two people, traveling in the South - North direction. When reaching Km 660+700, the Dong Hoi City bypass, the vehicle collided with a tractor-trailer with license plate 19H-038.xx pulling a trailer 19R-02099 driven by Mr. V.Q.Q (39 years old, residing in Phu Tho province), traveling in the opposite direction.
The strong collision caused the tractor-trailer to overturn on the side of the road, causing both vehicles to be severely damaged. Fortunately, the accident did not cause any human casualties.
Immediately after receiving the report, the Traffic Police Department - Quang Binh Provincial Police was present at the scene, coordinating traffic flow and investigating the cause of the incident.
Currently, the work to overcome the consequences is continuing to be implemented.
