On May 31, Dak Lak provincial authorities were still investigating and clarifying the cause of the collision between two passenger cars that occurred in Cu Ne commune, Krong Buk district.
According to initial information, at around 6:30 a.m. the same day, while traveling on National Highway 14, through Cu Ne Commune, Krong Buk District, Dak Lak Province, passenger bus 81B-XXX and passenger bus 47B-XXX collided strongly.
The collision damaged the front of both passenger buses and caused both of them to crash into a drainage ditch on the side of the road.
The leader of the People's Committee of Cu Ne commune informed that the identities of the drivers and the cause of the accident are currently unknown. However, the accident caused two drivers of two passenger buses to be seriously injured, and about 6 passengers were injured.
The two seriously injured drivers were taken to the Central Highlands General Hospital for emergency treatment. The slightly injured passengers were taken to the Krong Buk District Medical Center for treatment.
