According to the initial verification results of the authorities, at about 1:45 p.m. on May 30, Mr. N.S.C (born in 1961, residing in Phuong Mai, Dong Da District) drove a car with license plate 30H-369.XX on Nguyen Huy Tu Street (Hai Ba Trung District), in the direction of Tran Khanh Du towards Yesxanh.
When arriving at house number 34 Nguyen Huy Tu Street, the car crashed into a motorbike traveling in the opposite direction, driven by Mr. D.V.H (residing in Dong Nhan Ward, Hai Ba Trung District), carrying his daughter D.N.P.T (born in 2007).
The accident caused Mr. H to break his leg, and T broke his right leg. The authorities coordinated with the people to take the two victims to the hospital for emergency care.
At the scene, the BMW car and the SH motorbike were severely damaged in the front.
Upon receiving the report, Road Traffic Police Team No. 4 - Traffic Police Department, Hanoi City Police sent officers and soldiers to the scene to direct traffic and coordinate with the police to investigate the cause of the accident.
Initial inspection showed that the car driver did not violate alcohol concentration.
