On November 1, according to information from the Traffic Police Department (Traffic Police Department), the Traffic Police Department of Hung Yen Provincial Police verified and handled the case of a passenger car with license plate 89F-001.xx driving in the wrong lane (in the opposite direction).
Previously, at 4:58 p.m. on October 26, 2025, at km 74 of National Highway 39, Dong Hung Commune (Hung Yen Province), images of the violating passenger bus were recorded by people and posted on Facebook. After receiving the information, the Traffic Police Department directed the Traffic Police Department of Hung Yen Provincial Police to conduct verification.
As a result, the authorities determined that the driver of the passenger car had acted in the wrong lane. On October 29, 2025, the working group of the Traffic Police Department of Hung Yen Provincial Police drew up a record of administrative violations against the driver.
Pursuant to the provisions of Decree 168/2024/ND-CP, the above behavior will be fined VND 5,000,000 and have 2 points deducted from the driver's license.
