When reaching the section passing through Tan Chau commune, Nghe An, this vehicle collided with a truck traveling in the same direction.
The strong collision caused one young man to die on the spot. The other person, D.Q.T (born in 2008, residing in Tan Chau commune), was seriously injured and taken to the emergency room by people and functional forces immediately afterwards.
Upon receiving the news, functional forces quickly arrived to seal off the scene, divert traffic and conduct an investigation to clarify the cause of the accident.
