According to initial information, the incident occurred at around 2:30 a.m. on May 19 at Km207+630 National Highway 6, passing through Chieng Hac Commune, Moc Chau Town.
At this time, a truck with license plate 89G-001.21 traveling in the direction of Hanoi - Son La collided with a passenger car with license plate 29H-957.04 traveling in the opposite direction.
The collision left one person seriously injured and taken to the emergency room. At the scene, both vehicles were severely damaged in the front, in which the truck was deformed.
Notably, in the area where the accident occurred, the road surface was flat, the traffic safety signal system was complete, traffic after the accident was still smooth, no congestion occurred.
The cause of the accident is currently being further investigated and clarified by the authorities.
