According to initial information from people living near the scene, at the above time they heard a loud explosion, then discovered smoke rising from the forest area, so they immediately reported it to Hoa Lac Commune Police.
Upon receiving the news, Hoa Lac Commune Police quickly arrived at the scene, determined that a crane-mounted truck had caught fire, and at the same time notified the fire and rescue force to come to support.
Functional forces then took one victim out, but this person died.
The victim was identified as Mr. B.V. G (born in 1990, residing in Hoa Lac commune, Hanoi). When driving a truck with a crane into the area to move trees, the crane part got caught in the electric wire, causing the victim to be electrocuted and the car to catch fire.
Currently, the case is being further investigated and clarified by functional agencies.
