On the afternoon of June 12, Mr. Hoang Thien Long - Chairman of the People's Committee of Dien Van commune, Dien Chau district (Nghe An) said that an electrocution and electrocution incident had just occurred in the area, causing 2 secondary school students to be seriously injured and had to be hospitalized for emergency care.
Accordingly, at around 1:00 p.m. the same day, 3 students including Tran Ba D. (13 years old) and Tran Hai D. (15 years old) and Nguyen Tuan A. (13 years old, both residing in Dien Van commune) were taking a date out in the fields of Dong Phu hamlet, Dien Van commune when the date was stuck on high-voltage power.
The three students tried to snatch the kite rope but were electrocuted. As a result, the 3 students were electrocuted. Of which, 2 students were seriously injured and were taken to a higher-level hospital by relatives for emergency care.
