On the evening of April 21, a clip appeared on social media recording a scene of a truck driving at high speed, causing dust on an entire road.
It is worth mentioning that the car is running on the straight line, when approaching the position of the person who shot the clip suddenly driving to drive to the left of the road, towards the video of the clip.
After the clip was posted on social media, many accounts commented. Most of the comments expressed outrage and disagreed with the handling of the tractor-trailer driver.
Talking to reporters, Ms. H.T.A, residing in Minh Thanh village, Minh Tien commune, Luc Yen district, Yen Bai province, confirmed that she was the one who filmed the clip above.
According to Ms. A, recently, many heavy trucks carrying rocks from mines in Luc Yen district have been running along Provincial Road 170 (Yen The - Vinh Kien road) to gather rocks in Xuan Long commune (Yen Binh district).
These stone trucks run all day, along with the road being degraded, causing a dusty situation, greatly affecting the lives of people living along the road.
"I also just go out to the street to film a clip recording images of dust, every time a car drives through the front door of my house with the desire to report to all levels, to take measures to limit the dust situation, affecting life.
While I was filming, the truck suddenly turned straight at me. At that time, the car had gone all the way to the left side of the road and rushed towards me, so I was very scared" - Ms. A shared.
Regarding this incident, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Tuan, Captain of Road Traffic Police Team No. 3, Traffic Police Department, Yen Bai Provincial Police, said: The team had the clip on social media, but there was not enough evidence to handle the driver.
"We have also worked with Chan Thien My Company (the vehicle's management unit) and local authorities, suggesting that the company should rectify the driver team, and at the same time find solutions to limit the dust situation on the stone transportation road", said Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Tuan.
