According to authorities, at around 9:30 a.m. on December 22, in village 8, Quang Tin commune, Dak R'lap district (Dak Nong), an accident occurred when a truck carrying fertilizer overturned into a stream, killing one person.
Truck with license plate 84H-011.98 driven by driver N.V.B (born in 1988), residing in Dong Hai commune, Duyen Hai district (Tra Vinh) was traveling on Ho Chi Minh road.
At the time of the accident, the truck was determined to be carrying about 18 tons of fertilizer.
When arriving at village 8, Quang Tin commune, Dak R’lap district, the truck suddenly plunged into a deep ravine and overturned in the stream. As a result, Mr. N.V.B died, the entire front of the truck was severely damaged, and many bags of fertilizer fell into the stream.
Immediately after the incident, authorities urgently deployed rescue measures.
