This important event was attended by leaders of the Party and State, leaders of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
Vinh Quang Vietnam is a special cultural and political event honoring the national spirit, love for the Fatherland, and heroes; a typical example of advanced, business, and entrepreneur with outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement, in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.
The program was directed by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, directly organized by Lao Dong Newspaper, with the effective coordination of the Central Emulation and Reward Committee, the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee and many ministries and branches.
2025 marks many important historical milestones of the nation: the 95th anniversary of the Party's founding (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025), the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South, National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and the 100th anniversary of the Vietnam Revolutionary Press (June 21, 1975 - June 21, 2025). This is also the year of the Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th Congress - opening a new era of development, an era of strong national growth. This is also a breakthrough year, resolutely implementing important Resolutions - the 'four pillars' to bring the country into a new era, including: Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW, Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW; Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW.
The Vietnam Glory 2025 program honors 19 typical, advanced heroic examples (13 collectives, 6 individuals) who are units with many achievements, recalling the proud historical journey, great achievements in many fields of the nation since 1945 to the present. The program also chose to honor new factors, with momentum, innovation, creativity, expressing the nation's aspiration to reach far, affirming Vietnam's position in the international arena.
Through the program, the Organizing Committee hopes to arouse the sense of responsibility and aspiration of each individual and collective in building a prosperous Vietnam; encourage the active participation of all classes of people in the common development journey of the country.
As of 2025, a total of 313 collectives and individuals have been honored in Vinh Quang Vietnam annual programs.
Before the event, Mr. Pham Dinh Duan - a worker at the 14th mining workshop, Vanh Coal Joint Stock Company, Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Industries Group - expressed his pride and honor at being honored.
Mr. Pham Dinh Duan said that after receiving this honor and returning to work, he will constantly try to study and work more to work, produce, complete the tasks assigned by the workshop and company; have more initiatives to help the company and the coal industry develop further.
Mr. Duan also hopes that in the coming time, the group will invest in more advanced technologies to help reduce effort, ensuring safer safety for workers during coal mining.
