- In recent years, the Ho Chi Minh City Command has implemented many effective models such as "Supporting the entire militia and self-defense force", "Building exemplary and exemplary forces", helping to strengthen a strong national defense. Policies such as " Locality supporting localities" have improved the quality of training and combat readiness in all situations.

In mass mobilization and rescue activities, how have the Ho Chi Minh City Armed Forces deployed their work, especially in difficult times such as epidemics and natural disasters, sir?

- During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Ho Chi Minh City armed forces have been operating at all costs, from controlling the blockade area, serving the field hospital, to receiving and burning the bodies of the victims. Despite facing personal losses, they are still resilient, sacrificing for the benefit of the community, demonstrating the spirit of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" in peacetime.

Please tell us what changes the Ho Chi Minh City armed forces have made in building a disciplined, elite, and modern force?

- The Ho Chi Minh City Armed Forces continue to promote the 8-year tradition, strengthening the spirit of initiative and creativity. They focus on training to improve combat quality, master modern weapons and meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation, contributing to the development of Ho Chi Minh City to become a super urban area.

What is the significance of the Vinh Quang Vietnam program in 2025?

- The program honors outstanding individuals and groups and contributes to spreading cultural and political values, encouraging everyone to contribute to social development. It not only arouses the fire of dedication but also motivates patriotic emulation movements.
