On the afternoon of October 20, a refrigerated truck traveling on the Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet Expressway crashed into a hard median strip and overturned, causing many bags of goods to be thrown onto the road.
The incident occurred at around 3:00 p.m. the same day at Km187 of the Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet Expressway, passing through Song Luy Commune, Lam Dong Province. At that time, the refrigerated truck with An Giang province license plate was traveling in the direction of Phan Thiet - Khanh Hoa.
When arriving at the above location, the vehicle suddenly had an accident, fell many hard median strips and overturned in the middle of the road. The truck's refrigerator was broken, and goods inside were scattered on the road.
Upon receiving the report, the Traffic Police force of Highway Traffic Control Patrol Team No. 6 (Department 6, Traffic Police Department) and the route management unit urgently arrived to direct traffic and regulate traffic.
Because the truck overturned in the middle of the road, it was impossible for the vehicle to travel in one direction, and the vehicles lined up for a long time.
Rescue cranes were dispatched to the scene to lift the damaged vehicle and clear the route after completing the investigation.
