According to initial information, on the afternoon of May 11, at Km92+500 National Highway 19C, passing through Son Hoi commune, a truck with license plate 78C-080.98 traveling in the West - East direction suddenly lost control and crashed straight into the house of Ms. Ra Lan Thi Linh (born in 1991, residing in the same commune).
At the time of the accident, there were 2 children in the house, R.L.T.H (5 months old) and R.L.T.D (12 years old). The strong impact caused the house to collapse completely. As a result, H died and D was injured.
It is known that Ms. Linh's family is a poor household in the locality, with a particularly difficult family background. Immediately after the incident, the Son Hoi commune authorities visited, expressed condolences and encouraged the family. At the same time, the locality is actively mobilizing social resources to support Ms. Linh's family in rebuilding the house.
The leader of Son Hoi Commune People's Committee said that Phu Yen Provincial Police are currently working with the truck driver and investigating to clarify the cause of the accident.
