In the afternoon of 8.2, Mr. Lo Van Loan, Chairman of the People's Committee of Chieng Khuong Commune, Song Ma District, confirmed the accident occurred around 6:30 am on the same day on Highway 4G, section passing Chieng Khuong commune.
According to the initial information, the time on a truck carrying the control plate of Hanoi was moving in the direction from Chieng Khuong commune to Chieng Cang commune when suddenly colliding with a motorbike in the opposite direction.
According to Mr. Loan, there are 2 young people on the motorbike, 16 years old, living in Chieng Cang commune and is a student of a high school in the area.
The strong collision caused one death on the spot, the other was seriously injured and was taken to emergency immediately.
Currently the cause of the accident is still being clarified.
