Mr. Nguyen Duc Binh, born in 2015, currently living in Dinh Cong Urban Area (Dinh Cong Ward, Hanoi) and his wife went to the National Exhibition Center from 7:00 a.m. on September 1.
Although the Organizing Committee opened at 9am, Mr. Binh and his wife were not tired.

"We took the opportunity to have breakfast in the food area west of the exhibition, then sat and rested, drinking water waiting for the opening time. Fortunately, today's weather is favorable, dry, and not hot, so everyone is excited," said Mr. Binh.
Having worked in the military and retired for 20 years, Mr. Binh took the opportunity to visit the military equipment exhibition area first. After that, he went around to see the booths of businesses, large corporations, ministries, etc.
Seeing many practical products, even some products are just models, I can imagine the remarkable development of the country's science and technology. So proud of our country. Compared to our own not long ago, the entire army and people, under the leadership of the Party, have gone a long way, Mr. Binh said tearfully.

Sharing joy and pride, Mr. Nguyen Manh The, born in 1952 (Duy Ha ward, Ninh Binh), a disabled soldier who has to use a wheelchair, has been in Hanoi since early morning on September 1.

Mr. The said that his children and grandchildren understood his wish to go to Hanoi to see the country's development achievements through the exhibition, and had gathered on his family's bus, departing from his hometown early on the morning of September 1.
Because Mr. The was in poor health and could not travel conveniently, his family decided to only take him to visit the exhibition and then return home on the afternoon of September 1 and early morning of September 2 to watch the parade on TV.

I have fought in the Southern battlefield, experienced many harsh bomb shells, many of my teammates have fallen, and I myself have left a portion of my blood and blood on the battlefield. After a few decades of unification, our country has developed and modernized day by day. Before we were discharged from the army, we only hoped to return to our hometown to work well enough to raise our children and have food and clothing. Now life has improved a lot, children are studying to become human, and can even buy cars as a means of transportation. I am very excited, seeing the sacrifices, the bones of my and my teammates being comforted... - Mr. The emotionally shared.

Ms. Le Thi Minh, born in 2015, is a retired teacher, from Nam Dinh ward (Ninh Binh) and her husband returned to Hanoi on the afternoon of August 31. On the morning of September 1, the couple went to the National Exhibition Center from 6am.
Ms. Minh said that after seeing the exhibition, she and her husband will return to their relatives' house on Kim Ma Street to rest, waiting until the morning of September 2 to watch the parade from the balcony of the house.
This is the 80th anniversary of this day, so my wife and I are very excited. The children supported their parents to go out with all their might. This trip is meaningful. Having worked for many years in a state agency and retired, we feel that each of our achievements today has a very small part contributed to. Each achievement is built from silent contributions... More love for the Fatherland is great", Ms. Minh was moved.
