On August 8, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Official Letter No. 4493/UBND-DT on traffic organization, increasing bus routes to serve people and tourists participating in the Exhibition of Socio-Economic Achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day at the National Exhibition Center.
Accordingly, the City People's Committee agreed in principle with the report, proposal and recommendation of the Department of Construction in Report No. 199/BC-SXD dated August 5 on proposing a plan to increase bus routes to serve people and tourists participating in the Exhibition of Socio-Economic Achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).
Assign the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with the City Police, the Department of Finance, the People's Committee of Dong Anh Commune, and relevant agencies and units: Organize traffic, strengthen bus routes connecting the city center, East, West, South, North and Noi Bai Airport with the National Exhibition Center; ensure smooth, safe traffic, no congestion; implement environmental sanitation, fire prevention and fighting, ensure security and order according to Official Dispatch No. 126/CD-TTg.
Arrange parking lots, organize internal traffic; install signs to guide vehicles and people to move within the Center; ensure technical infrastructure for public passenger transport. Proactively adjust the traffic organization plan and bus routes in accordance with the situation; advise, propose, and report to the City People's Committee on contents beyond its authority (if any).
Assign the Department of Finance to coordinate and guide the Department of Construction, the City Traffic Management and Operation Center and related units to organize the implementation in accordance with procedures and regulations.
