In another clip, the teacher used a rider to hit many students in the butts or used her hands to hit them. These clips are said to have occurred at Duong Dong Kindergarten (Phu Quoc City).

Clarifying this issue, Mr. Do Van Tuan - Head of the Department of Education and Training of Phu Quoc City said that the department has currently grasped information from clips posted online. Mr. Tuan also asked the Principal of Duong Dong Kindergarten to report the specific incident on Monday (March3,). If the incident is true as the clips on social networks, it will be handled strictly, according to the responsibility of each individual.
