Specifically, truck license plate 75H-011.56 was detected with a series of errors including: No vehicle registration certificate, no vehicle badge, carrying goods exceeding the loading height according to regulations and carrying goods exceeding the load capacity by over 30% to 50%.
For these violations, the total fine for drivers and vehicle owners is 103 million VND, and the vehicle is temporarily detained for 7 days.
Regarding the truck with license plate 89C-093.21, functional forces determined that the driver of the vehicle did not have a driver's license.
The total fine for drivers and vehicle owners is 77 million VND, vehicles are temporarily detained for 7 days to serve handling work.
Truck with license plate 29C-908.30 violating the vehicle control error has a certificate of technical safety and environmental protection inspection that has expired for less than 1 month.
For this violation, the total fine for drivers and vehicle owners is 13.5 million VND, and the vehicle is also temporarily detained for 7 days.
