On the evening of April 8, the Traffic Police Department of Lam Dong Provincial Police said that Madaguoi Traffic Police Station had fined 19 cases of vehicles violating reckless overtaking at prohibited overtaking locations on Bao Loc Pass.
Among these, there are also passenger cars of Dien Linh bus company, along with many other trucks and cars. Reckless overtaking on curved roads and obstructing visibility on the pass not only violates traffic laws but also poses a risk of serious accidents.
According to functional forces, violating vehicles are recorded through the confidential work of the patrol team and from the image provided by the people. This is an important basis to help the traffic police force handle promptly and in accordance with regulations.
The leader of the Madaguoi Traffic Police Station said that from now until the April 30 - May 1 holiday, the unit will increase patrols and controls along National Highway 20, especially the Bao Loc Pass area.
The Traffic Police force also called on people to continue to accompany by providing information and images of violations, contributing to ensuring traffic safety and minimizing accidents on this dangerous road.
