Continuing to verify the responsibility of the vehicle owner, the Traffic Police force determined that M.K DVVT Cooperative was the vehicle owner and had handed over the vehicle to a worker to control, carrying goods exceeding the permitted load.
With the above violations, functional forces have made a record for the driver and vehicle owner to handle according to the provisions of law.
The situation of vehicles carrying goods exceeding the permitted load capacity poses a risk of traffic unsafety, and at the same time causes damage and degradation of road infrastructure.
Therefore, inspection and handling should not only focus on the person directly driving the vehicle but also clarify the responsibilities of vehicle owners, businesses, and cooperatives when handing over vehicles to employees.
