Car driver damaging railway barrier fined about 23 million VND

Dak Lak - A driver driving a car that damaged a railway barrier has been fined about 23 million VND by functional agencies.

On August 19, the Traffic Police Department, Dak Lak Provincial Police, said that the unit had just fined a driver for driving a car that damaged the railway barrier.

At about 10:27 PM on August 17, at a level crossing with a barrier on Tran Phu street, Tuy Hoa ward, Dak Lak province, a car with license plate 78A-xxxxxx driven by Mr. N.T. D (born in 1975, residing in Hoa Hiep ward) crashed into a railway barrier, causing damage.

After verification, Traffic Police Team No. 4, Traffic Police Department of Dak Lak Provincial Police determined that Mr. D had the act of driving a road motor vehicle to damage the barrier at the level crossing. In addition, the vehicle driven by Mr. D does not have a valid compulsory civil liability insurance.

With the above violations, functional forces are completing procedures to issue a decision to impose an administrative fine with a total amount of about 23 million VND, and at the same time revoke the driver's license for 2 months.
