The violations were discovered by the inter-sectoral inspection team of food safety and hygiene of Nha Trang ward during the inspection on July 21.
Nha Trang Ward People's Committee said that the penalty is implemented according to the provisions of Decree No. 115/2018/ND-CP and amended and supplemented documents.
The business household owner must comply with paying the fine within 10 days from the date of receiving the decision, otherwise they will be subject to coercion according to the provisions of law.

Notably, the penalty was issued after reflections from some customers showing signs of suspected food poisoning after eating bread at Dong Man I facility appeared.
According to the reflection of Ms. N.T. L and Ms. M, on the evening of July 19, they bought bread at this establishment to use. By the morning of July 20, both of them showed symptoms of abdominal cramps, continuous diarrhea, so they bought medicine for treatment themselves, but the condition did not improve.
By the afternoon of July 21, due to severe health changes, Ms. L was taken to a nearby medical facility, then diagnosed with suspected severe food poisoning and transferred to Khanh Hoa General Hospital for treatment.
Up to now, the patient's health has stabilized but still has abdominal pain and is being monitored continuously.
According to research, representatives of Dong Man I business households have visited the hospital to inquire about the cases being treated, and at the same time committed to support all medical examination and treatment costs for the victims.
