Open job opportunities with stable income
Dak Nong province has abundant and young human resources. Of which, the human resources in working age account for a high proportion of 58.55% of the population.

However, currently, unemployment still occurs. This leads to a waste of human resources, affecting the process of socio-economic development.
Therefore, labor export plays a very important role for Dak Nong. Dak Nong province also considers this as one of the effective measures in creating jobs and stable income for the people.
In reality, more and more families support their children to work abroad. Mr. Tran Dinh Thanh (in Dak Song district, Dak Nong province) said that his family has 2 children working in Korea.
He supports his children to work abroad to gain experience and capital so that when they return home, they can be independent.
Currently, every month, his children send money back home for their parents to keep. He also encourages them to try their best to do business and comply with Korean laws.
Mr. Nguyen Van Thuan (in Dak Mil district, Dak Nong province) whose child is working abroad shared that the life of his family and children has changed in a positive direction.
He said his son had more than 10 years of experience working in Japan. Seeing the job opportunities and stable income, he encouraged his younger sister and her husband to come work with him as export laborers.
Mr. Thuan is very secure when his children go abroad to work. Because this is the official path of foreign labor, supported, facilitated and guided by the State.
From the reality of his children working abroad, Mr. Thuan realized that as long as they are diligent and hardworking, they will have a stable, suitable job and save money after the contract ends...
More than 1,600 people participate in labor export
According to the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Dak Nong province, 1,609 workers were exported in the period 2019 - 2023. The main markets are Japan, Taiwan (China), and South Korea.
According to the assessment of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Dak Nong province, people are increasingly aware of the role and benefits of labor export.
From 2023 to present, the number of people participating in labor export in the locality has been increasing. Thereby, labor export not only helps workers have a stable income but also contributes to promoting the economy and improving local life.
Statistics in 2023 show that the number of workers going to work abroad for a limited period of time in Dak Nong province is 602/200 people, reaching 301% of the annual plan.
In 2024, up to now, the number of workers going to work abroad for a limited period under contract is 440 workers, reaching 220% of the annual plan, accounting for 2.54% of the total number of workers with jobs created.
Dak Nong is considered a locality with potential for labor export. The locality also identifies this as an economic spearhead in job creation, poverty reduction, and increasing income for the people.
Mr. Hoang Viet Nam - Deputy Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Dak Nong province - said that the unit is promoting the organization and implementation of mobile job fairs.
Dak Nong province also strengthens coordination with vocational education centers to improve the quality of human resources, gradually meeting the needs of the international market.
