On June 28, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development (BIDV) Yen Bai Branch and the Yen Bai Provincial Public Administration Service Center held a signing ceremony for a cooperation agreement to deploy the Online Public Service Agency model in Yen Bai province.
The online public service agency model at BIDV Yen Bai transaction points will create maximum convenience for people and businesses when implementing public administrative procedures, while contributing to promoting the building of a transparent and modern administrative environment.
Speaking at the ceremony, Director of BIDV Bank Yen Bai branch - Mr. Pham Trung Tung said: "In the past time, coordination with the Yen Bai Provincial Public Administration Center has provided online public services at six transaction points in Yen Bai city and 4 transaction points in Yen Binh, Van Yen, Luc Yen districts and Nghia Lo town.
These transaction points have at least 2 computers connected to a separate Intenet as well as a scanner, photo and 2 staff supporting people and businesses to perform online public services without especially collecting any fees or soliciting to buy and sell insurance services to people".
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tu - Deputy Chief of Office of Yen Bai Provincial People's Committee, Director of Yen Bai Provincial Public Administration Center emphasized that the participation of non-state units in providing online public services is appropriate, effectively supporting local authorities and State agencies.
From the successes in the previous pilot process, this public administrative service agency model will be the basis for expanding to other areas and units.
In addition, Mr. Tu emphasized: "In the coming time, the locality plans to implement about 160 borderless administrative procedures. When implementing procedures without borders, there are really conditions to do so in the banking system".
Also at the ceremony, representatives of BIDV Bank, Yen Bai branch and the Yen Bai Provincial Public Administration Service Center signed a cooperation agreement to deploy the online public service agency model.
The Online Public Service Agency model is deployed at Transaction Points and Branches of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) in Yen Bai province for 10 online public services including: issuing copies of documents and certificates from original books; procedures for receiving product notification on billboards and banners; announcing promotional activities; registering labor regulations of enterprises; amending and supplementing certificates of eligibility to operate public electronic game service providers;
Extend the certificate of eligibility to operate a public electronic game service provider; register to establish a business household; temporarily suspend business household operations, continue business before the deadline announced by the business household; register to change the content of business household registration; issue a copy of the civil status certificate.
