On June 26, information from the Government Inspectorate said that in the second quarter of 2025, the Government Inspectorate received, processed and responded to 408/408 complaints and recommendations from individuals and organizations on the National Public Service Portal's Reflection and recommendation System.
All feedback on the processed and responded petitions will be made public according to regulations. Most of the received feedback and recommendations are not under the authority of the Government Inspectorate but are studied, classified and sent to the competent authorities for settlement to respond to individuals and organizations...
Regarding the results of citizen reception: In the second quarter of 2025, the Central Citizen reception headquarters received 1,336 visits with 4,183 citizens coming to present 1,314 cases (complaints 619 cases, denunciations 222, recommendations and reflections 473 cases);
There were 166 large groups of 2,717 citizens presenting 162 cases. In Hanoi, through citizen reception, 1,187 cases were received, 909 guiding documents and 47 documents were issued to transfer citizens' petitions to competent authorities for consideration, settlement and response to citizens according to regulations. The rate of administrative procedure records that have been received and resolved reached 100%.
Regarding the results of handling complaints, denunciations, and recommendations, it is reflected: The Central Citizen Reception Committee has processed 6,299/6,691 petitions that need to be processed (currently processing 392), of which 2272 petitions are eligible for processing (complaints 2,202 petitions; denunciations 8 petitions; recommendations, reflections 62 petitions) and 4,027 petitions that have been processed before, classified and recorded.
Through the handling of the petition, 2,409 guiding documents and 73 documents were issued to transfer the citizen's petition to the competent authority for consideration and settlement in accordance with the provisions of law.
