On June 25, the Office of the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province announced that from 9:00 a.m. the same day, the Binh Dinh Provincial Public Service Portal officially stopped operating. All online receipt, processing and return of administrative procedure results will be done on the National Public Service Portal at "https://dichvucong.gov.vn".
This is a step to implement the Prime Minister's direction on turning the National Public Service Portal into a centralized "one-stop shop", the only one in providing online public services.
Along with that, in order to prepare for the trial operation of the two-level local government model in the new Gia Lai province, the Office of the People's Committees of Binh Dinh and Gia Lai provinces has completed the construction, integration and synchronization of data between the new Gia Lai province one-stop electronic information system and the National Public Service Portal, meeting the requirements of using the National Public Service Portal as the only online administrative procedure channel.
The Binh Dinh Provincial Public Administration Service Center has just guided the access address of the "Administrative procedure information system" ( dien tichet for cadres, civil servants, and public employees) in the work of receiving, processing, and returning results of administrative procedure records.
Accordingly, from 9:00 a.m. on June 25 to June 30, log in to the "Binh Dinh Province Administrative Procedure Information System" at the address "https://dichvucong.binhdinh.gov.vn/hethong/login" to receive, process and return results of handling administrative procedure records.
From 0:00 on July 1, log in to the "New Gia Lai Province Administrative Procedure Information System" at the address "https://motcua.gialai.gov.vn" to receive, process and return results of handling administrative procedure records.
