Accordingly, from June 24, people and businesses will not have to pay any fees or charges when performing administrative procedures through online public services in Thanh Hoa.

This free policy not only helps people and businesses save costs but also contributes to promoting the process of building a digital government, towards a digital society - one of the major pillars in the national digital transformation program until 2030.

Reducing the burden of administrative procedures and increasing convenience will encourage people to use the online public service system more, thereby contributing to reducing the burden on the traditional administrative apparatus, improving the efficiency of state management and promoting transparency in public service.

To get free when performing administrative procedures, people only need to: access the Thanh Hoa Provincial Public Service Portal or the National Public Service Portal; register an account and authenticate personal information (if not yet available); select the procedures to be performed and submit the application according to the instructions; receive the settlement results directly via the system or by post if required.

To put the resolution into practice, the People's Council of Thanh Hoa province assigned the Provincial People's Committee to direct and implement it; at the same time, it requested the departments, groups of delegates and People's Council delegates to closely monitor the implementation process. The contents on collection, payment, management and use of fees continue to be implemented according to the Law on Fees and Charges and related guiding documents of the Ministry of Finance.
