This year, the scale of the tournament will also be expanded with the participation of 70 racing teams, 140 athletes, with 4 tournaments. The scale of organization and management increased nearly double last year, considering the number of competition routes and the number of exams for each category.
The tournament took place over 3 days from October 31 to November 2. The opening ceremony was held at 8:00 a.m. on November 1 and the closing ceremony took place at 6:00 p.m. on November 2.
In this year's tournament, the familiar hilly terrain area was leveled and completely re-planned to be reserved for races and experience areas as well as logistics for the teams. For the first time, the organizing committee has expanded the exploitation of dozens of hectares of natural forests and swamps that had not been used in previous seasons, creating a new and diverse competition map.
The organizing space has also been renewed. The central stage, welcome gate and operating area are moved to the area outside the main road, expanding the area for ceremonial activities, exhibitions and performances.
In particular, the number of routes has nearly doubled, from 14 routes to 24 routes - a record number in the history of the tournament. Correspondingly, the number of exams in each category will also be increased.
Professional category: From 9 to 17 events (including Adventure - night track).
Advanced SUV category: From 8 to 13 events (including Adventure - night track).
Enhanced Load Semi-Racing category: From 8 to 12 events (including Adventure - night track).
Basic grades: From 7 to 10 tests.
With this expansion, for the first time all 4 categories will compete throughout and continuously for all 3 days.
The organization and operation this year have also been upgraded to match the scale of the tournament. The system of 24 competition routes is planned into 6 independent Zones, helping supervision, scoring and live broadcasting to take place smoothly, while creating a continuous competition rhythm for athletes and the audience to watch.
With 70 racing teams and about 700 competitors, this year's tournament poses a big challenge for the organizing committee, referee team, security, rescue, medical and logistics. All had to operate at the highest intensity during the 3 days without a break.
