List of vehicles that were fined as follows:
Contact place to pay fine: Traffic Police Department of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Police (Address: 189 Bach Dang Street, Phuoc Trung Ward, Ba Ria City) or District Police where the vehicle owner resides and has headquarters.
When coming to resolve a “cold fine” case: The vehicle owner and the driver of the violating vehicle must be present. In case the person coming to resolve the case is not the vehicle owner, there must be confirmation from the vehicle owner about the vehicle borrowing, delivery, rental, or authorization; the violator must bring relevant documents such as: vehicle registration, vehicle inspection certificate, driver’s license, civil liability insurance of the motor vehicle owner, and citizen identification cards of the vehicle owner and the violator.
In case of an organization's vehicle, there must be a letter of introduction for the driver of the violating vehicle to come and resolve the matter; if the violator is a company director, the business registration certificate must be presented.
