Accordingly, the plan to arrange cars for commune-level administrative units when organizing a model of a 2-level local government apparatus in Bac Ninh province is approved as follows:
For cars serving general work (5-7 seat cars): Arrange and arrange 57 cars serving general work (5-7 seat cars) for commune-level units (new).
For cars for general work ( part-time trucks) and specialized vehicles ( consider trucks):
Transferring 3 pickup trucks to serve general work for 3 central wards of Tu Son city, Que Vo town, Thuan Thanh town (Tu Son ward, Que Vo ward, Thuan Thanh ward).
Arrange and assign 18 specialized cars to each ward, leaving 1 car (17 wards) and 1 car for Yen Phong commune.
After stabilizing the organization and apparatus, commune-level units will review cars that are eligible for liquidation and replacement to propose to competent authorities to decide on liquidation and replacement of cars in accordance with regulations.
The Department of Home Affairs is assigned to guide the arrangement and assignment of drivers to ensure service for the operations of new commune-level administrative units.
The Department of Finance shall preside over and guide units to organize implementation in accordance with current regulations.
Previously, on the afternoon of June 18, the Central Working Group led by Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Committee Hoang Van Tra inspected the two-level local government preparation team in Bac Ninh province.
Accordingly, Bac Ninh province has proactively developed and implemented a trial operation plan for local governments at both levels to ensure progress and the set plan.
Up to now, the Standing Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee has issued a Resolution to end the activities of the Standing Committee and Executive Committees of 8 Party Committees of districts, towns and cities of Bac Ninh province; appointed the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Inspection Committees of Party Committees of communes and wards after the merger.
At the same time, Bac Ninh province rotated, mobilized, and arranged basically enough cadres, civil servants, and public employees for 41 new communes and wards.
Bac Ninh province arranges facilities, means, information technology infrastructure, online public service systems to serve people and businesses to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.
Currently, the plan to prepare for the launching ceremony of the new Bac Ninh province and officially operate the two-level local government from July 1, 2025 has been basically completed, reporting to the Standing Committees of Bac Giang and Bac Ninh provinces for approval.
