The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just sent an official dispatch to the Departments of Finance, Industry and Trade, and Justice stating that it has received appraisal reports from the Department of Industry and Trade on the establishment of Tam Da - Dung Liet 2 Industrial Park (Yen Phong district); Lac Ve Industrial Park (Tien Du district) and Phu Lang Industrial Park (Que Vo town).
To have a basis to report to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee considered the policy of establishing a new industrial park, approving the investment policy and approving investors to implement industrial park projects to ensure proper procedures and shorten administrative procedures; the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province gave the following opinion:
Assign the Department of Finance to preside over and work specifically with the Department of Industry and Trade and the Department of Justice to review legal regulations on the establishment of new industrial parks, approve investment policies and approve investors to implement industrial park projects.
It clearly states that the procedure for "Enstablishing a new industrial park" is carried out before or after, or at the same time as the procedure for " Approving an investment policy and approving an investor to implement a industrial park project" (clearly state the legal basis, what, which provisions of the Law, the Guiding Decree; not general). Report to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee before May 11, 2025.
In cases where the provisions of the Decree and the Law on guidelines are not clear on which procedures should be done first, which procedures should be done later, or done in parallel, then advise and propose (or consult the Ministry or vertical sector) to guide the establishment of the industrial park and approve the investment policy and approve the investor to implement the industrial park project, report to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and decision.

The province currently has 15 industrial parks and 37 industrial clusters, with more than 2,600 operating enterprises.
From 2021 to present, Bac Ninh has established 6 more industrial parks: Lam Binh, Cao Duc - Van Ninh, Yen Trung - Thuy Hoa, Song Ho craft village industrial park, Xuan Lai craft village industrial park and Quang Bo craft village industrial park; approved and added 2 industrial parks Quynh Phu and Yen Trung - Thuy Hoa to the planning.
Along with the implementation of the Central policies, Bac Ninh province has issued many favorable policies to promote investment attraction and industrial development.
Bac Ninh's FDI attraction in 2024 and the first quarter of 2025 will lead the country.
