Skoda Kushaq is developed based on the MQB-A0 IN chassis platform, with a design that focuses on body stiffness and passive protection. The car has an overall size of 4,225 mm long, 1,760 mm wide, 1,612 mm high, a wheelbase of 2,651 mm and a ground clearance of 188 mm.
This SUV uses a 1.0L TSI ( 999 cc) turbocharged gasoline engine, producing 115 horsepower and a maximum torque of 178 Nm. The vehicle uses a front-wheel drive system combined with a 6-speed automatic transmission. The front suspension is the MacPherson type, while the rear suspension is in the form of a twist, set up to ensure stability when moving at medium and high speed.

Regarding safety, standard equipment includes an electronic balance system (ESC), traction control, emergency brake assist (HBA), anti-lock braking (ABS), electronic brake force allocation (EBD), hill departure assist (HAC) and tire pressure monitoring (TPMS). Some additional features include a rollover resistance system, engine traction control (MSR), cranking assist (XDS/XDS+), and electronic micro-locking (EDL).
The higher version is equipped with additional blind spot warning systems, rear cross-traffic warning and front emergency brake support. Regarding passenger safety, the vehicle has 6 airbags, ISOFIX child seat hoes and a secondary collision reduction system.


The interior is equipped with a 10-inch central entertainment screen that supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connection, air conditioning with an integrated Air Care air filtration system and rear-seat air vents. The sound system has from 6 to 7 speakers, depending on the version.
In the style version, the car has additional equipment such as sunroof, electric driver's seat, front row cooling, wireless charging and interior trim lights. The rear cluster of the steering wheel has been upgraded to an 8-inch digital screen, replacing the analog cluster in the Ambition version. Both versions have a smart key, a gear shift on the steering wheel, LED lighting and an integrated rearview mirror with turn signals.
Kushaq has two versions Ambition and Style, priced at VND599 million and VND649 million respectively (customers who buy a car in July and August will receive a discount of VND589 and VND639 million, along with a discount of 7,500 km of first-time maintenance fees). Both versions will be available in 4 colors: red, white, gray and blue.
Kushaq's price is at an average level in the segment, competing directly for market share with hot models in the market such as Mitsubishi Xforce, Toyota Yaris Cross, Kia Seltos, Honda HR-V or recently some competitors from China such as Haval Jolion, Geely Coolray.
