Hanoi license plate owner fined in Hoa Binh

Many Hanoi license plate vehicles were fined according to the list announced by the Traffic Police Department, Hoa Binh Provincial Police until February 2025.

According to information from the Traffic Police Department, from January 31 to February 12, 2025, 82 cases of traffic violations were detected with fines on the roads in Hoa Binh. Of which, 20 options have Hanoi BKS as follows:

29A-069.52; 29C-833.24; 29E-008.65; 29H-182.78; 29D-593.76; 29A-176.32; 29A-743.73; 29C-810.29; 29A-573.49; 29A-890.10; 29A-666.62; 29H-889.51; 29F-030.05; 29H-980.67; 29B-019.52; 29K-108.54; 29K-192.84; 29K-192.84; 29G-001.81; 30L-824.40.

Decree 168/2024/ND-CP, effective from January 1, 2025, the penalty for driving a vehicle at a speed exceeding the prescribed speed limit is specifically regulated as follows:

1. For cars:

Exceeding the speed limit from 5 km/h to less than 10 km/h: Fine from 800,000 VND to 1,000,000 VND.

Exceeding the speed limit from 10 km/h to 20 km/h: Fine from 4,000,000 VND to 6,000,000 VND; and 2 points deducted from the driver's license.

Exceeding the speed limit from 20 km/h to 35 km/h: Fine from VND 6,000,000 to VND 8,000,000; and 4 points deducted from the driving license.

Exceeding the speed limit by more than 35 km/h: Fine from VND 12,000,000 to VND 14,000,000; and have 6 points deducted from the driver's license.

Causing a traffic accident due to speeding: Fine from VND 20,000,000 to VND 22,000,000; and having 10 points deducted from the driver's license.

2. For motorbikes:

Exceeding the speed limit from 5 km/h to less than 10 km/h: Fine from 400,000 VND to 600,000 VND.

Exceeding the speed limit from 10 km/h to 20 km/h: Fine from 800,000 VND to 1,000,000 VND.

Exceeding the speed limit by more than 20 km/h: Fine from VND 6,000,000 to VND 8,000,000; and have 4 points deducted from the driving license.

Causing a traffic accident due to speeding: Fine from VND 10,000,000 to VND 14,000,000; and having 10 points deducted from the driver's license.
